When you place an order, we retain your order history, including:
- Your name
- Any contact information you provide (email address, phone number etc.)
- Billing / shipping address
- The items you purchase
This information is stored safely and exclusively with otokano.com on Squarespace's servers (who host otokano.com) for our tax records and so that we can fulfil your transaction.
If you sign up to our mailing list, we need to retain your name and email address, so that we can send you new offers and information updates. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time, which you can do by:
- Finding any one of our newsletter emails, scrolling to the bottom and clicking ‘unsubscribe’
- Contacting us so that we can remove you from the mailing list.
By default, we don’t collect or store any cookie information while you browse otokano.com. Managing Your Data
Inline with 2018 GDPR laws, you have the right to request copies, or the deletion of, any data we hold about you - and we’re happy to oblige. If you wish for your data to be deleted, please note that we may have to retain transactional data for a longer period (to fulfil your transaction and for tax purposes). If this is the case, we will inform you of the information we need to keep and why. We’ll also provide you with a date whereby we will be able fulfil your deletion request.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act - To protect the privacy of the very young, we will never collect or store information regarding anyone whom we know to be under 13 years of age. This includes non-identifiable or aggregated data. No part of otokano.com is structured or intended to attract people under the age of 13.
